Goal
Build one private app for me only: simple, mobile-first, and fast to edit on the go. One surface for daily operation, with integrations behind the scenes.
Product Principles
- Single-user only (no multi-user complexity).
- Simple blocks, not settings-heavy admin.
- One-screen editing for dashboard and daily flow.
- Fast capture (task/note/idea/reminder) from phone.
V1 Scope
- Dashboard with editable sections (add/edit/reorder/show-hide).
- Daily Flow blocks (Morning / Midday / Evening) with checklist items.
- Initial widgets/sections placeholders:
- Pipedrive tasks
- Pipedrive items to handle
- Ringo items to handle
- Ringo waiting for response
- Devices
- Inventory checks (daily / weekly / renewed / new)
Non-Goals (for now)
- No advanced roles/permissions.
- No complex workflow builder.
- No deep nested settings.
Technical Direction
- Web app (mobile-first) as the main surface.
- Google login possible in PHP (single allowed email).
- Backend connectors fetch/normalize data from external apps.
